Read that again.....

I was reading the morning news and came across the MSNBC headline, "Irish ground Airforce." I did not know that the Irish even HAD an airforce. You never hear about them. Do they fly Migs? F-16? What happened that they grounded their planes? Was there an accident? Did they mistakenly bomb Greenland? Laugh was on me...I opened the article and it was about college football. *sigh*

Daughter 1.0 is potty training. She is doing REALLY well. No major accidents to date. We are so proud. That is probably part of the problem. Now when she goes pee, "LET THE RITUAL BEGIN!" First is the ritual of throwing the TP in the potty and flushing. This is BIG BIG BIG! Then the pulling up of the pants. Next the sacred hand washing. She exits the bathroom as a queen would leave the castle. Aglow from her accomplishment and expecting the praise due to one who has completed such a feat.

Watching kids grow up is fun.

Watching mommy and daddy grow up is fun too.

Four year old fact of the week: Giraffes become nocturnal, short necked, dog eaters, when the sun sets. That is why you can not keep a pet giraffe in the backyard.
